Spravato centers come from the manufacturer's public certified center locator, which only lists clinics enrolled in the federally required REMS program. A clinic found there is marked verified with the date we saw it.
Ketamine and TMS clinics are verified when two independent sources agree on the address and at least one treatment, when we confirm by phone, or when the clinic claims its listing and proves it controls the website or phone number.
Insurance and prices are extracted from each clinic's own website with the exact sentence we relied on, and re-checked monthly. We never guess. If a fact has no source sentence, we do not publish it.
